Gujarat Council for Secondary and Higher Education, Gandhinagar holds Std-10 and Std-12 public exams. In which the result of Std-10 from 1952 to 2019 and of Std-12 from 1978 to 2019 has been maintained as a registration register.

Based on this file from the Student Service Center of the Commission office, a duplicate of the scoring sheet / certificate of Std-10/12, Std-10/12 pass was given to the student for migration.

During the year, many students from different districts of Gujarat came to Gandhinagar to get the above certificates in which their time and money was wasted by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Education Council. The results file for as many students has been digitized. The digitization of this file and the online process for issuing certificates to students was inaugurated by the Honorable Minister of Education, Bhupendrasinh Chudasama, on 02-17-2020.
Now, students will no longer have to come to Gandhinagar to get duplicate grade sheet / certificate, migration and equivalency certificate, so that their time and money will be saved. To get the above certificates, students need to go to the online student service on gsebservice.org website and apply, in which the grade sheet / certificate duplicate fee is
Rs. 50 / -. The migration fee will be Rs. 100 / – and the equivalent certificate fee will be Rs. 200 / -. Each gear post charge will be Rs. 50 / – so that the student can get the certificate sitting at home.
